We're Nic & Biggies bar-b-CUTE-rie — Kelowna's most personality-packed BBQ food truck. The name's a play on charcuterie, but make it cute, and make it on fire.

Our pitmaster Nicole brings the heat with slow-roasted brisket, pulled pork, and cajun blackened chicken that'll have you circling the block for seconds. Every plate is made with care, smokey pride, and a whole lot of hot pink love.

Yes, our truck is pink. Yes, everything tastes better when it's served with this much personality.

And about that name: Biggie is the dachshund. The truck is named after him, and yes, that's where the charcuterie pun lands (sausage-shaped, of course). He's our mascot, our co-conspirator, and the reason we keep things this much fun.
